The Daily Business Review in Florida has pages and pages of foreclosures. This will take years if it is going to be fixed. Households with regular income and holding jobs find their finances are suffering because of the rise in prices and salary freezes. The banks are not lending at a rate that would benefit the customer in dire straits. The modification loans that they so offer are not falling through. It is an arduous task that takes months to maybe, just maybe to get the modification.
At this point we the american people, we are still not feeling the improvement in the economy. Will it trickle down to common folks or will it stay with the banks and the rich folks?
Just tried to get a refinancing and they would not lower the interest. So why refinance if payments remain the same? Someone said modification is the way to go and that is a crock of manure.
Fortunately, Americans are too smart to fall for this propaganda. That’s why it’s not getting through.
