Fat-cat, multi-millionaire, conservative jackasses like Rush Limbaugh live in a world where if it works for them, then they automatically believe it’s good for the country.
“The treatment I received here was the best that the world has to offer,” Limbaugh said. “Based on what happened here to me, I don’t think there’s one thing wrong with the American health care system. It is working just fine, just dandy.”
Someone should tell the 45,000 Americans dying each year from that same health care system how fine it really is.

Of course the current health care system worked for him HE HAS HEALTH INSURANCE. He is so out of touch with humanity it would be laughable if he weren’t such a dangerous liar.
He is so vain he couldn’t even admit he just had Reflux (gas) aka Gerd in his insufferable State of his Being speech. I’ve been through that and its painful and really does feel like a heart attack! That is why the doctors are putting him on a “special diet” His ego gave away a good teaching moment for others with this problem.
Some rightwingnut on another site said “nanner nanner, Rush doesn’t even carry Health Insurance so the lefties should shut up” Well now that makes it all clear – hey you people without Health Insurance, just get a Checkbook! Unbelievable.
Being put on a special diet and medicated for something like Gerd, he would have to give up the pain pill addiction, and whatever else the jackass is on.
Mr. Limbaugh is hardly alone in his view of American Health
Care. I would suspect that most of the Congress has a similar insular view that is shared among wealthy Americans. It is an astounding irony that Taxpayers are footing the bill for Congressional Health Care insurance while they deny affordable insurance for taxpayers. Who’s money is it anyway?
When you’re pulling in a mere pittance of $38,000,000.00 per year like Rush is, I can see why he feels this way, after all, the hospital does not get brownie points for helpig someone as poor as he is. Of course, his intense audience made up of the fringers on the right wouldn’t scare anyone & his vindictive nature is nothing to worry about either. Didn’t Michael Steele, the faux chairman of the GOP have to apologize to His Lardness? I think Rush had gas which made me wish I could hand him a lit match.
As long as there is an elite in this country, you can be sure they will look after their pocket book even if they have too much to spend. It is the common man and woman that is making them rich and they still scough at those who have made their success.
Our election system is as good as the vote we have on voting day. After that, elected officials are dangled and manipulated by lobbyists AKA the rich. As long as this persists, things will never change. Obama was on the right track but his minions are not towing the line. Government of yesteryear was small and efficient. Government today has grown so much that the mere size of it is advancing at a snail’s pace with a momentum difficult to alter.
And it doesn’t occur to Limbaugh that rich and/or famous people get stellar treatment? Anyway, however Limbaugh was treated throughout his “ordeal” is beside the point. The average American doesn’t want or expect stellar treatment. What they want is effective care and to be treated with one of the best medicines there is – dignity.

One of the immutable laws of nature is that, if your filthy rich, most everything works well for you.
I find it difficult to believe that they found nothing wrong with his heart. At the very least, like the Grinch, it must be a few sizes too small.
Asshole!

“We will need many elections to get where we want.”
