Obama took office that the GOP was betting on the jobs situation to not improve in time for the 2010 elections. Their actions in Congress are purely to hedge their bet. Anything they can do to forestall a semblance of prosperity will supposedly work to their advantage. Because people are stupid. I’ve said since Pres.
