As Stewart says, this amendment should have been a slam dunk…but it wasn’t. Thirty Republican Senators voted against it.

Are we surprised ? Out of office during the Clinton presidency, Cheney was chairman and CEO of Halliburton Company from 1995 to 2000. The same crap that Cheney was churning during his Vice-Presidency is now churning with Halliburton. Halliburton and Cheney are born of the same soiled cloth and their slime still sleazes through with the blessing and adoration of the patriotic Republicans.
There is not only greed in America. We have seen evil in these amoral twins. Together they masterminded the furbishment of death in the wars of the middle east that ended with bloody fields while profiting from the sale of munitions.
Boy! I wish they get theirs one day. The sooner the better
