Thank you for your responses. Honestly, I found them all good. I couldn’t decide so I let my sister be the judge and she came up with two she especially liked. And so we have two winners.

The broom is looking for a retirement package at it has become obsolete. There is so much competition out there with the Swiffers, vacuums and dust mops that the use of a broom is a backbreaking experience. It’s hard to gather dog hair,powder,cobwebs,smut and dust and the mere complexity of bending is an exercise not appreciated by the common man or woman.

I assume there is room for the broom in a workroom but soon the broom will be in a showroom of relics.
