Just got back from an early morning trip to the hospital where my daughter Cristina just gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Leena weighed in at 8 lbs. 3 oz. with a head full of hair and unbelievably long eyelashes. Mom, dad and baby are doing well. As for granddad, well he could not be happier.
Better take the snippers to those long eyelashes before they bruise her chin.
If this is your first grandchild, you have a whole new, wonderful world ahead of you. Best Wishes for all.

I had sworn that I wasn’t going to be one of those pushy grandparents that made everyone look at pictures of their grandchild but in a few days I was stopping complete strangers in the store in which I worked and showing them photos from my wallet. LOL
Just make sure, Mario, that this isn’t the last picture you post here of sweet baby Leena. Please exercise your proud grandpa rights from time to time and update us as she grows into a fine young lady. :-)
