At a Republican fundraiser, Georgie Porgie expressed his concern for health care reform…
“There are a lot of ways to remedy the situation without nationalizing health care. I worry about encouraging the government to replace the private sector when it comes to providing insurance for health care.”
A. The Obama plan will not replace the private sector. It will add a public sector to the existing system.
B. Mr. NoBrains sat in the White House for 8 years and did not do a damn thing to reform the health care system he claims he’s now concerned about. The exact same problems which exist now, existed then.
C. Why would Bush think for a minute that anyone would give a hoot what he thinks? Do what you do best, you incompetent fool, and go clear an acre of brush.
In his own words and for those who he completely hoodwinked for 8 miserable years… .

WILL: Third, it’s necessary to give what Secretary Sebelius said a choice to the consumers. There are 1,300 entities offering healthcare plans in this country. Another one isn’t going to change that.
Precisely. Taking this a step further, many of these 1,300 entities will likely cease to exist if government gets involved. As such, Americans will have far fewer options.
B – True. But at least President Clinton did make an attempt. President Bush, it could be said, had more important issues to address than dismantling our Health Care System.
C – While obnoxious, pompous, loudmouths such as yourself may exude rampant disrespect for President Bush, he WAS the President of the United States for 8 years. I’m sure there are quite a few people that would be more than casually interested in his unique perspective on many issues.
And for the most part he has. Perhaps if President Messiah and that blathering idiot, Gibbs would return the courtesy and quit trying to blame everything from aids to the plague on the previous administration…………..
Clinton’s morals are not so different than a whole slew of politicians up in Congress. Calling him “no brains” is partisan nonsense. If anything, Clinton (Rhodes Scholar) was a thinking man. There’s no disputing that.
Claiming Bush had no time to deal with health care is SO DUMB! He had time to vacation away a third of his presidency but no time to deal with one of the largest problems facing the nation over the last 2 decades.
Meanwhile “the CEOs for 23 health companies were paid a combined 14.9 billion over the last five years. That’s an average of almost $650 million for each CEO.”
I’m always amused when Bush adorers feel the need to play tit for tat. Claim that Bush was an inarticulate and unimaginative president and the bushie minions come back with some made up claim about Clinton or Obama. I do hope they’re patient folk. They have at least eight years of sitting on the sidelines ripping their little hearts out.
See… This is where you doofuses loose reason and credibility. When someone doesn’t share in your opinion, it can’t be that they just disagree. They have to be “adorers” or “worshipers”, etc.
It’s not that I “adore” Bush. I just don’t share the ignorant, knee jerk hatred of Piperni and others of all things, Bush/Republican/Conservative.
Aside from that, I’d say right now your prospects of 8 years of oppression under this charlatan are looking more tenuous on a daily basis.
[...] And then we come to The Stupid, epitomized best by George W. Bush. The Stupid are clueless. They are often incapable of lying because for something to be a lie, one needs to have known the truth. And as they say in Texas, in Tennessee too…err…look, when a bucket is empty, you can pretty much fill it up with just about anything. (If you’re missing the relevance of that last line, check out the video in this post.) [...]
Amen, Mario! He’s a post turtle (google it)
Oh George, you come back just when we don’t miss you. I think he has political tourettes
I thought bushie said he was going to remain silent and not comment on Obama’s policies.
A – Many experts disagree with this premise. Here is one. There are many, many more.

If those 1300 providers offered AFFORDABLE coverage, there wouldn’t be a problem. Capitalism can’t handle competition? That’s a new one.
Researchers at Harvard predict that, without reform, premiums will increase by 70% over the next decade. We need reform now.
The insurers drop coverage. And, have testified that they have no plans on changing that.

I wonder why they would be afraid of a public plan? I thought competition was good.
Personally, I’m for single-payer plan. But, if that is out of the question, the public plan seems to be the best alternative.
I looked it up. Perfect.
A little exercise for you. Go to google and type in (and include the quotation marks):
“Bush blames Clinton”
also
“Bush blamed Clinton”
George W. Bush Blames Clinton-Gore Administration for Rising Gas Prices. Aired June 23, 2000
2006/10/12 – George W. Bush, retreating to familiar ground, has blamed the Clinton administration for North Korea’s nuclear arsenal.
Bush blames Clinton’s Mideast summit for current disaster
Bush blames Clinton for current economic woes
Bush Blamed Clinton For 9/11
Sep 8, 2007 … Bush blamed Clinton and Gore directly for “hollowing out” the military.
etc., etc., etc.
Libby you’re back! Where you been?
Bless your heart, I missed your supercilious postings
“Personally, I’m for single-payer plan.”
Good. Move to Canada or Great Britain.
Oh??? You mean Piperni wasn’t referring to Clinton when he said, “Mr. NoBrains”???
So. Let me get this straight. You are blaming the fact that Obama blames all things bad on Bush because Bush blamed Clinton?
And how old are you again??
A liberal with a vocabulary more extensive than “Hate Bush, Hate Conservatives”!! I’m impressed.
I’m always amused when Bush adorers feel the need to play tit for tat. LOL!!! Don’t need to. Like I said, the public option is a good alternative.
Nope. I’m saying he inherited Bush’s mess.
However, seems to me Clinton left the office better than when he got it.
Crazy. The amount of damage dubya did in 8 years. But, he blamed Clinton for everything. Simply amazing.
