“There’s one thing Democrats, Republicans, and independents in Connecticut agree on: they want this to be Joe Lieberman’s last term in the US Senate. Only 24% of voters in the state say they would vote to reelect Lieberman in 2012 to 66% who say they will vote to replace him. Majorities of Democrats (72%), independents (63%), and Republicans (61%) alike say it’s time to swap out Lieberman for someone new.”
Anyone who supported McCain/Palin has no right being a senator from Connecticut.
Scrap that. They don’t have a right being a senator from anywhere.
CT needs to remain the toilet of leftist new yorkers. As they say: What is the difference between a leftist arrogant loud mouth from new York and someone from CT? Answer: a lawn.
Joe knew this years ago and he started making his lobbyist plans back then. Meanwhile, all of the naive suckers act like it’s some kind of victory: “Ha ha, Joe — we showed YOU!” No, you didn’t. Joe wins. What a shame.
Sen. Lieberman’s abysmal ratings are likely connected to the whole anti-incumbent mood of this year’s elections. He is not on the ballot for another two years and believe me, a LOT can happen in two years.

It looks like everyone has had enough of LIEberman.
Lieberman has no, repeat, NO intention of running again. If he did, he’d wouldn’t have killed the public option, he wouldn’t have endorse McCain, he wouldn’t have blackmailed the White House in negotiations for every piece of legislation passed…
My guess is that he probably has a cushy job with his name on it somewhere, probably in some lobbying firm or in an insurance company.
We need to hold the people we vote into office accountable for the ideas and beliefs they claim to posses.
How many people are technically DINO inside the Democratic party? Their voting records are speaking loud and clear that they are not the people we elected into office when they vote Republican(bi-partisan bull).
After all, didn’t the Democrats win? You wouldn’t know it, and Joe Lieberman(sheep in wolves clothing) is indicative of this point: Almost none of them appear to be who they say they are right now.
:D Good for you, Connecticut, too bad you didn’t get this one out before he held up the public-option, bastard has his own national health care, the hell with the rest of us, huh Joe?
That is a really good pic of Joe though, he looks so natural ;)
Not only did he support McCain but he really divorced his own party while still living in their house. It’s good they are voting him out
