Conservative Insanity

republicanus insanus http://mariopiperni.com/

.

I need to come up with a new illustration to point out the degree of conservative madness out there.  It was just a matter of time before the idiots on the right started calling for the impeachment of Obama.

From ImpeachObama

Enough is enough. We’re calling for the Impeachment of Barack Hussein Obama. And if you agree, you can join us right now.

How long must we wait… how long should we sit back and permit Barack Hussein Obama to rip apart the fabric of this country before we take action?

Are you terrified at Barack Obama’s campaign to change our country into a third-world nation?

Are you willing to sit back and watch Obama bulldoze our great nation?

Are you willing to let him construct a totalitarian regime… fascism, socialism, Obamaism… take your pick?

The scumbag behind the campaign is Republican strategist Floyd Brown. Here’s what his fans have to say about this guy.

USA Today: “[Brown has] established himself as one of the nation’s dirtiest political strategists.”
[USA Today, 10/26/92]

George Stephanopoulos: “Floyd Brown is a slimy thug for hire.”
[Washington Post, 4/19/94]

Mary Matalin: “I’m not a big fan of Floyd Brown…He gave us the Willie Horton ads that the Republican Party has had to eat for two election cycles now.”
[New York Times, 4/24/94]

Salon: “If there is a racist odor to the coming general election campaign, it is likely to emanate from his vicinity.”
[Salon, 4/25/08]

Tea parties, town hall rallies, birthers, the stimulus bill fracas, the health care ‘debate’, slimy conservative media led by Beck and Limbaugh, the lies, the smear, the misinformation, Republican members of Congress, Nobel Peace Prize, Chicago Olympics, impeach Obama campaigns…the right is so insanely out of control.  We knew the election of Barack Obama was going to drive some on the right off the edge but who could of predicted the degree of craziness we’ve all been witness to over the last nine months?

There is no way the country could possibly sustain another three years of this…and possibly seven.  Something’s got to give at some point unless a Conservative leader can emerge and rein in the madness.

Mario, there is no cure for their insanity. They hate President Obama from the very depths of their evil souls. They hate him because he’s liberal; they hate him because he is an educated man; they hate him because he is a compassionate leader; they hate him because he is African American. Let’s face it, they would not be carrying on so if a White Male had won the nomination and the election. I have never seen anything to match the violent language coming from the Right. If President Obama announced a vaccine that is the cure for cancer, Limbaugh would tell his listeners not to take it because it’s an Obamacure. The sexism directed at the Secretary of State and the Speaker of the House, and the racism toward our President is frightening. It shows us and the whole world just how “Southern Strategy” their thinking is.

I hope our society can endure 3 (hopefully 7) more years of this insanity.

When most of the policies and laws will have been processed and the results come out positive, America will say : Hey these Democrats know where they are going. Yes it is a matter of time but Obama has already opened his arms to the world and the world have thanked him with a Nobel peace prize. It is not what he has dome but the vision of steps to take to reach world peace. America is being looked at and respected. Obama knows the world can help us build our economy and get Americans to work.

Obama will meet Osama soon but maybe not the way we think. One way to peace is to deal with Al Quaeda. The mountains of Pakistan hold much promise and when Osama is dealt with, peace will have a chance at last. Free at last! Free at last ! Our soldiers can then come home

  3. pj says:

They hate him because he is different…mostly, though, I think it’s just a matter of fearing CHANGE….

  4. walter says:

Yes he has open his arms an said come get all you want, after I have got all I can get because there won’t be much left.sure he will meet osama and hand him all the defense plans, after he has got through tearing what left of this country apart.

  5. janine says:

    @Walter

Do you really think Obama’s master plan is to tear this country apart? to hand it over to terrorists?

  6. Sandi says:

How convenient to blame Obama for the acheivement of the Reagan vision “The conversion of the United States to a 3rd world banana rebulic”. Every legislative action taken by conservatives since 1980 has been to concentrate wealth more acutely and disperse economic and social pain more ecumanically. More money for prisons than schools. The bail out of banks and boat owners but punative bankrupcy laws for defaulters on medical bills and mortgages on primary residences. The criminalization of organized labor. Even in the military it is wars fought that create a dependant class of disabled vererans competing against eachother for increasingly scarce resources.
