Did Dick Armey’s parents name him “Dick Armey” because they could forsee the future, knowing his name would be apropos? I want to hear how any Republican can justify this. Oh, right, they’ll change the subject to… ACORN! (you know,the evil branch of Obama’s New World Order who will enforce our capture, sending us all to FEMA camps for hard labor for no apparent reason whatsoever.)
I disagree with Armey’s statement. They trotted out the Swine Flu Scare for one of the bailouts, or the Stimulus, or the budget, one of those things they wanted to distract attention from. I’m not sure if they will attempt to use it again.
The important statistic you disregard is that while a majority of us DO want to see REAL Health Care Reform, the debate is in how to go about it and Obama’s plan just isn’t measuring up to what the American People want.
