Climbed out of bed to let you know I’m getting back into bed as soon as I finish writing this and a toon post. Battling a cold/flu and I plan on following the advice of one of our readers who wrote me yesterday.

Whenever I have the first signs of a cold coming on, I drink a whole carton of  Tropicana Antioxidant Advantage OJ like within 40 – 60 minutes, a ‘shot’ (or 2) of 5 Hour Energy formula (or liquid B12 like from Walgreens), and just do nothing; just veg, chill, relax, sleep.

The part I like best of the above advice is the do nothing, veg and sleep part.  I don’t do enough ‘do nothing’ when I’m sick and today seems like a good day to give it a go.

Back tomorrow and hey, happy Wednesday.  I’ve set the alarm clock for Thursday.
