A Letter From/To Michael Steele

Michael Steele http://mariopiperni.com/

.

Hey, I hope you’ve all checked your email Inbox for Michael Steele’s latest email. If you didn’t receive it, I include it here:

Dear Fellow Conservative,

This video just came to my attention. I’m so outraged and stunned by its content that I had to share it with you.

Watch the video now and see the indoctrination of our nation’s greatest treasure — our children.

In the video, impressionable youngsters at a public school in New Jersey, most of whom are no more than six or seven years old, have been instructed to sing the praises of “Barack Hussein Obama.” One song is even set to the tune of The Battle Hymn of the Republic.

This is the type of propaganda you would see in Stalin’s Russia or Kim Jong Il’s North Korea. I never thought the day would come when I’d see it here in America.

This is the type of fanaticism Republicans are up against as we fight to stop the Obama Democrats’ radical leftist transformation of America. The only way our Party can defeat their liberal ambitions is by electing more Republicans in the upcoming 2009 state elections and the critical 2010 mid-term elections.

Do your part today by making a secure online contribution of $10, $25, $50, $100 or whatever you can right now to the RNC. Your gift will provide the resources we need to reveal the Obama Democrats’ true leftist intentions for our country and carry our Republican candidates to victory this fall and beyond. Please help us win this fight for the future of America.

Sincerely,

Michael Steele
Chairman, Republican National Committee

I thought I’d pen a response letter.

Dear Mikey,

What’s shakin’, dude?

I hear you’re outraged and stunned by the video of school children singing praises of President Obama.  Understandable…even though it was a single teacher doing her thing.  You do understand that it was not an order sent down by Herr Obama to indoctrinate children, right?  You do get that part, don’t you?

Sure you do, you hypocritical, lying bastard.

You’re stunned that the president is following a liberal agenda? Really? Did you not take note when 54% of the population voted for a DEMOCRAT last November?  Were you not aware that Democratic leaders follow a liberal agenda? Is this news to you? Were you stunned when Ronald Reagan followed a strict conservative agenda for eight years?  How about when President Bush followed a neoconservative agenda that brought this country down to its knees? Were you sending out emails back then expressing your outrage?

As for indoctrination, Mikey…did you miss this video? I already posted it on this website before, but I thought I’d post it here again just for you.
.

.
What do you think…any Stalinist/Kim Jongist propaganda in any of that? Nothing like getting little kids raising their arms to praise a cardboard cutout of the worst president in the country’s history, right? Nothing like a little double standard phoniness to get your base riled up and ready to pull out their checkbooks. I get it.

So good luck with your fundraising campaign. It’s a crying shame that your party has no ideas or suggestions on fixing the big problems ailing this country aside from the same tired crap which has failed time and time again – problems which in large measure were brought about by your last fearless leader.

Mikey, please do not take it personally when I say that I think you are a pathetic con artist who lies shamelessly…and you represent a political party that does likewise. You’re fooling no one but the ones you’re appealing to.  But you knew that already, didn’t you?

Sure you did.

Take good care, buddy.

Beck Watch

Glenn Beck / Glennochio http://mariopiperni.com/

.

I had to chuckle at this statement from Glenn Beck.

I will tell you that I ask my floor crew and my producers every night after the show and every morning at 7 a.m., “Guys, where do we have it wrong? What are we missing? How come there isn’t anyone else on this, these connections.”

I will tell you that I have two of very, very prominent universities that are currently working offsite for me on research. I have some of the biggest minds in America that are willing to look — don’t necessarily agree with me — that are willing to look and do research. I have independent researchers, I have universities doing research for me, I have my own personal researchers, I do my research, and I have Fox News doing research for me.

So I can only tell you that I don’t — if I can’t vet it, if I have conflicting evidence, if my news team happens to disagree with the research of my personal team or the colleges happen to disagree with it, I don’t air it. I will tell you that we are vetted. I will tell you that we may get things wrong from time to time, but I will tell you when we get them wrong.

Too funny. Anyone who has been paying attention is quite aware that Beck is on a mission to discredit the current administration and he is not one to allow facts to get in the way. Hey, when you’ve got “Fox News doing research for me”, how important can honesty, integrity and fairness be?

MediaMatters proceeds to point out how Beck’s “biggest minds in America” have gotten it wrong a number of times.

An American Military Coup?

Storming the White House / http://mariopiperni.com/

.

It was just a matter of time before someone actually spoke the words.

From Newsmax:

There is a remote, although gaining, possibility America’s military will intervene as a last resort to resolve the “Obama problem.” Don’t dismiss it as unrealistic.

America isn’t the Third World. If a military coup does occur here it will be civilized. That it has never happened doesn’t mean it wont. Describing what may be afoot is not to advocate it. So, view the following through military eyes:

# Officers swear to “support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic.” Unlike enlisted personnel, they do not swear to “obey the orders of the president of the United States.”

# Top military officers can see the Constitution they are sworn to defend being trampled as American institutions and enterprises are nationalized.

# They can see that Americans are increasingly alarmed that this nation, under President Barack Obama, may not even be recognizable as America by the 2012 election, in which he will surely seek continuation in office.

# They can see that the economy — ravaged by deficits, taxes, unemployment, and impending inflation — is financially reliant on foreign lender governments.

[...]

I love this part:

Will the day come when patriotic general and flag officers sit down with the president, or with those who control him, and work out the national equivalent of a “family intervention,” with some form of limited, shared responsibility?

Imagine a bloodless coup to restore and defend the Constitution through an interim administration that would do the serious business of governing and defending the nation. Skilled, military-trained, nation-builders would replace accountability-challenged, radical-left commissars. Having bonded with his twin teleprompters, the president would be detailed for ceremonial speech-making.

Does it surprise anyone that talk of a military coup has finally emerged from the right?  Has not every word and action from wingnuts been leading to this very statement?

They see an “Obama Problem” that needs to be fixed.  I see a bunch of intellectually-challenged idiots who have a real problem accepting a smart, liberal, black man as their President.

Damned If You Do, Damned If…

Stupid People http://mariopiperni.com/

.

When it come to the right’s total lack of decency, there is no issue too trivial or too important to not be politicized.

Dick Armey, chairman of FreedomWorks…

“In September or October there will be a hyped up outbreak of the swine flu which they’ll say is as bad as the bubonic plague to scare the bed-wetters to vote for healthcare reform. That is the only way they can push something on to the American people that the American people don’t want.”

Someone should tell this teabagging moron that 65% of Americans want the public option.

Nah, don’t bother.  When one lives in a delusional world of lies and ignorance, facts have little meaning.  Just ask about anyone who calls themselves a republican these days…
